MOUNTLAKE TERRACE — Applications for 2011 Comprehensive Plan amendments are due June 30, 2011 at 4:30 pm.

The Comprehensive Plan is a broad-based twenty-year plan that guides the City’s livability. It includes a land use map that determines zoning. Any decisions to amend the Plan are usually made in December of each year.
