Mountlake Terrace parks system boasts over 262 acres of recreational attractions including parks, play fields, golf, fishing, and public open space. The parks system includes: 

• Nine neighborhood parks
• Three sports complexes
• Nine baseball\softball fields
• Five soccer fields
• Five tennis courts
• 9-hole golf course
• 18-hole disc golf course
• Fishing and beach access
• Boat launch (non-gas powered boats only)
• Miles of natural and paved trails.

Playfield Reservation Policy

Ballfields are scheduled through the Recreation and Parks Department. To reserve Evergreen Playfield, Ballinger Playfield, or Forest Crest Playfield please contact Recreation Supervisor Jeff Betz at (425) 640-3101. Hourly ballfield rental fees are based on the type of use (youth or adult). Costs for added services such as ballfield lights and field preparation are charged in addition to the field rental fee.

Neighborhood Parks (non-athletic fields) are available on a first come first served basis and cannot be reserved.  Neighborhood Parks include Lake Ballinger Boat and Fishing Access, Bicentennial Park, Firefighters Memorial Park, Jack Long Park, Terrace Creek Park, Terrace Ridge Park and Veterans Memorial Park. 
Tennis Courts at Evergreen and Ballinger Playfields are available on a first come fist served basis as are picnic facilities and playgrounds located throughout the parks. Gym and Field Rental information.
