Bidding
for Construction Projects
Bids to construct public works are solicited for by advertising
in the Seattle Daily Journal of
Commerce. Plans are available
for review and purchase at Mountlake
Terrace Interim City Hall, 6100 219th Street SW, Suite 200, Mountlake Terrace, WA 98043. (unless otherwise
noted in invitation to bid) and online at Builder's
Exchange of Washington. Bid holder lists and bid results
for these current construction projects exceeding $200,000
are also available through the Builder's
Exchange of Washington.
Small
Works Roster
As an alternative to advertising for bids for projects
under $200,000, the City of Mountlake Terrace participates
with a number of other public agencies in using a shared small
works roster that is administered by the Municipal Research and Services Center of Washington.

Architects
and Engineers Roster
The Architects
and Engineers Roster is a joint effort between many local
agencies to better select & retain the Architects &
Engineers who provide Architectural and Engineering Services
for these agencies. This information is updated on a periodic
basis. (You will be redirected to the City of Lynnwood's website
to view the roster.)
